Strawberry Hummus

Serves: 3 cups


  • 1- 15 ounce can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries with hulls removed
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons nut or seed butter (I used cashew)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or extract
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger (optional)


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. I like to chill in the fridge for a couple of hours to let the flavors mix before eating it but this is optional.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
