  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream , whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pkg soft chocolate chip cookies , divided and crumbled

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Roll your pie crust into large 17"x12" triangle and place in a 15"x10" jelly roll pan and pinch down edges to make them scalloped.
  3. Poke holes all over crust with fork to vent.
  4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden, set aside to cool.
  5. Once cooled make your ganache by placing your chocolate chips in a heat resistant bowl.

  7. Stir your chocolate and milk together until blended then pour over crust.
  8. Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes so the ganache can cool.
  9. Meanwhile beat together your cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  10. Fold in your whipped cream and mix until combined.
  11. Add about 3/4 of your crumbled cookies to mixture and stir.
  12. Spread onto your cooled ganache and then sprinkle with remaining cookies.
  13. Refrigerate for about another 15-20 minutes to set up.
  14. Cut and serve.
