INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3 tablespoons egg white
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 red potato finely shredded
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Basil, oregano, pepper, garlic powder to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture to form a loaf that will fit in your slow cooker.
  3. Cover top of loaf with additional ketchup (if desired).
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
