Italian Pasta Salad

My family's favorite Italian Pasta Salad recipe!  This recipe uses Italian dressing and fresh vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, celery and arugula! It's the perfect garden Summer salad!

Servings 6


  • 12 oz box of tri color penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing
  • 4 stalks of celery chopped up
  • 1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 1/2 cup arugula
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella


  1. Prepare your pasta as directed. Drain.
  2. Put your pasta in a big bowl.
  3. Add your chopped vegetables, salad dressing and dried herbs.
  4. Mix together so everything is coated in salad dressing.
  5. Add in your mozzarella cheese, toss around.
  6. Cover, put in fridge to chill for 2 hours.
  7. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes
If your pasta salad looks a little dry when it comes out of the fridge, add a tablespoon of salad dressing and mix.
