Ingredients

  • 4 6 ounce - salmon filets
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste optional

Instructions

  1. Place salmon in a large resealable plastic bag and top with all remaining ingredients. Seal bag and toss to coat evenly. Marinade in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. Pre-heat broiler to high and prepare a broiler pan with foil or cooking spray. Place salmon in a single layer and broil for 3 minutes. Flip salmon and broil on the 2nd side for an additional 3 minutes.
