Butterfly Cupcakes

Butterfly Cupcakes are the perfect sweet treat to celebrate spring! Super fun and cute dessert for kids birthday parties or showers.

Yield: 18 cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 15.25 oz package Pillsbury™ Spring Funfetti® cake mix
  • 1 15.6 oz container Pillsbury™ Bold Purple Vanilla frosting
  • 1 1.75 oz package Sixlets Shimmer Lavender candy balls
  • 1 7.5 oz package white chocolate covered pretzels
  • Black decorating gel

Instructions

  1. Prepare and cool cupcakes according to package directions.
  2. Frost cupcakes with frosting.
  3. Press 2 pretzels into frosting to form wings, leave space between for body.
  4. Press 3 candy balls into frosting to form body.
  5. Use black decorating gel for antennae.

Notes
I used a toothpick to form antennae using black decorating gel.
