Easy Fried Rice Recipe

Fried Rice Recipe

A delish, easy and fast dish with rice, veggies and choice of meat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cups cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • Choice of meat (pork, chicken, sausage, shrimp)
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 Tbs Butter
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions, once cooked at to a large serving bowl.
  2. In saute pan add your olive oil and butter and heat until butter is melted.
  3. Add your chopped vegetables and saute until tender.
  4. Once cooked add to your rice.
  5. Next cook your choice of meat and add to rice mixture.
  6. Lastly scramble your eggs and add.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
